Taiwan conducts CBRN critical infrastructure response drill
Taiwan’s 3rd Theater of Operations conducted a CBRN response drill at critical infrastructure in the city of Taoyuan on Sunday 9 August.
According to a post on X by the Taiwan Security Monitor, the exercise simulated hazardous-material leaks following enemy joint fire strikes.
"Chemical troops established a seven-stage personnel decontamination station and used MD-105 heavy decontamination vehicles to clean affected areas, testing hazard detection, personnel decontamination and continuity of operations at damaged facilities," the post read.
