L3Harris Counter UxS system VAMPIRE

The U.S. Army has awarded L3Harris a $106 million contract to develop a modular VAMPIRE counter drone system.
According to Drone Wars L3Harris, VAMPIRE has accumulated more than 350,000 operational hours in Europe since 2023. Company manufacturing expanded in 2026 at the Huntsville, Alabama facility.
